Adam Cassidy is een ambitieuze technoloog die het ver wil schoppen bij de telecomgigant Wyatt Corporation. Maar na een dure fout wordt hij gechanteerd door de meedogenloze CEO Nicholas Wyatt waardoor hij als spion bij de concurrent moet gaat werken, die gerund wordt door de oude leermeester van Wyatt, Jock Goddard.
